Our body responds to the images in our mind and though the event happened maybe years ago; the negative experience you have today comes from the image in your mind.
It is possible to recondition your mind so that you interpret that memory from a new perspective and control the stress crated by that negative memory or dream.
To do that you need to develop a self image that is connected to the moment & not your past.

Being legally blind I definitely know the hassles of poor vision, but when I realized my blindness wasn’t going away I decided to focus on the benefits instead of the hassles.

When we trust the Wisdom of our Body more than the thoughts in our mind; healing becomes a spiritual experience.
Our illness may be the motivation that forces you to that depth, but the desire to heal becomes stronger than the attachment to our thoughts and that escorts you into a deep spiritual experience as it helps you to heal.
