When we trust the Wisdom of our Body more than the thoughts in our mind; healing becomes a spiritual experience.
Our illness may be the motivation that forces you to that depth, but the desire to heal becomes stronger than the attachment to our thoughts and that escorts you into a deep spiritual experience as it helps you to heal.
Illness is not a pleasant journey, but if that is the path you are on take advantage of it.
. Unfortunately most people breathe into their thoughts and we become attached to thinking as though that is who we are.
In healing; when those habits are broken we breathe into the Wisdom of our body and give that life. That activates the Wisdom of the Body and allows powerful inner resources to be released in the healing process.
Now to do that is not easy; you have to spiritually evolve. OK so let’s look at that and commit to giving life to the Wisdom of the Body instead of our thoughts.
When we breathe into thinking and give that life; our breath can become choppy and activate the emotions associated with the thoughts we give life to. Now for some people that is a wonderful comforting feeling. For some that creates anxiety causes stress and inhibits the immune system.
Those to extremes may create the spectrum of where people are at today, but I feel the best way to see where you are at is to study your breath…what breathes you. Is your breath controlled by your thoughts or what is happening around you? Or is your breath controlled by the Wisdom of the Body?
When we fall asleep the Wisdom of the Body breathes us unless we dream. That happens in our deep sleep state of mind and that is where we revitalize and refresh; it is like our soul’s shower time. Imagine if you didn’t shower or bathe for days; you would feel uncomfortable and the same is true when you don’t enter deep sleep.
Healing happens in that deep state of mind the best. Our thoughts and past conditioning doesn’t effect our healing; as the Wisdom of the Body gets activated. So why can’t we be close to that during the day instead of focusing on thoughts that disturb us? We can.
I feel we do that by developing specific life skills like; a positive self image, self trust and develop habit so we breathe into the silence beyond thinking... giving life to the Wisdom of our Body. That is when our breath floats through us with ease and the best way to be a partner with those that help you fight dis-ease.
