We live in a society that values the creations of the brain more than they value life itself. If we are dealing with a health struggle that depresses you, don’t focus on those depressing thoughts.
Illness forces us to value our life more than our thoughts, so take advantage of this rare opportunity and enter the silence beyond thinking and appreciate life.
In silence is the Wisdom of the Body and powerful inner resources to help you deal with your health. Ignoring this resource is creating “frustration” or in Latin that word means to do something in vain.
Silence is an inner reality where you are not a victim to your thoughts and conditioning. At the root of all of your problems is thoughts that trigger a negative conditioning and you have given those thoughts importance.
Importance is defined by the fact you habitually put awareness into them, you give them life. The issue is not right or wrong, the bottom line is you take the importance from life and invest it into those thoughts. To some smoking is important even though it may kill them.
Have you heard the saying “Evolve or be defeated”? In this case, defeat means you are focusing on thoughts instead of silence where you connect to inner wisdom. Your thoughts automatically trigger old habits that don’t serve you. You have to evolve to connect to inner wisdom or you will be defeated.
Within silence is our inner resources, pure love without ego, our connection to God and our bonds to the people we love. In our thoughts are triggers to old habits, symbolic representation of the things you value and all of your limitations.
We search for the answers to our problems in thought and logic, but if all of your inner resources are found beyond thinking in Silence, maybe we need to connect to that when we have problems.
We have to live in the world of thinking and not sacrifice our silence. I feel the greatest consciousness man can reach, is to consciously deal with this world and sustain the connection to silence that gives our life quality.
