The simple fact is that our body responds to being loved in a very positive way.
So if you are dealing with an illness or a disability or you just aspire wellness; being loved and accepted is extremely important for a quality life.
Another important fact is that your brain creates every experience in your body. That experience is within your power to create even if that was not a part of your past.
There have been several studies that show when the heart becomes actively involve; people have a better chance to heal. Now most people look to outer resources to create these positive experiences; but you have the power to take control and trigger these experiences directly.
Your mind creates every experience you have in your body, but usually the mind is stimulated by external events like someone you love. Of course the positive experience may have been a result of their kindness or sensitivity, but the physical experience you had is a result of your mind’s function to create experience.
What ever the stimulus was…your mind created the experience. Now you know that experience because your mind already created it before. When you love and accept yourself, you can re-create that experience.
When you are in a healing crisis, you need to create the standard of having quality experiences so healing happens at your body’s potential. Positive experiences definitely help you sustain that standard even if your situation is not so great. Healing takes the pleasurable standard from being a preference to become a necessity.
If you are in to aspiring to wellness, creating a loving inner environment activates your body to perform at your best potential. People who love get sick, but their body responds to that challenge with a strong will to live.
Now here is the obvious response to loving yourself; being loved by someone you love is so much more rewarding. I actually agree with that, for when two loving hearts interact, that experience gets amplified. But that doesn’t eliminate the benefits of self love, especially if your lover is not available for what ever reason.
A person can have their deepest inner wisdom be loving and accepting of their situation and your body responds to that in a very positive way. If you are concerned about your health and the quality of your life; inner love creates an environment that is at lease the starting point.
When you add a spiritual dimension to inner love; there are really no limits to the amplification or the quality. Doesn’t that seem like something everyone needs to explore?”
