There are thousands of people who live with a chronic disease & don’t realize; there is a healthy way to be sick. I have had multiple sclerosis for 27 years and though I definitely don’t feel healthy, there is a conscious way to deal with that trauma. Fear is a reaction that automatically puts consciousness into what you don’t want. Imagine pointing at what you don’t want…your focus is giving life to that which you do not want & bringing it into your life. When you conquer fear; your focus moves and some thing else enters your life. The question is not what you don’t want but what do you want. Focus your energy there and you will be able to deal with coping with your struggle from a much better place & the actions you take are better received without you interfering with it with your mental anxiety.
