How to Join a Tele-seminar

The Wisdom of the Body is home to powerful inner resources that help you cope with a chronic illness or a disability. Learn to develop habits that turn your challenge into a tool to evolve. Coping with a chronic illness or a disability will force you to develop new habits so you cope from a depth of inner wisdom. You can either deal with your challenge from old habits or enter the moment, tap the Wisdom of your Body and cope from a position of strength and quality of life. The way you cope with your struggle is completely in your control; take control and participate from the Wisdom of your Body.

Healing with a health challenge forces us to discover powerful inner resources we never knew we had. When inner and outer resources don’t cure your illness, they can help you cope with your challenge and improve the quality of your life.

Healing has two wonderful functions; there is the curative and the ability to cope. Both functions are the expressions of the Wisdom of the Body. We need to tap this inner wisdom to cure or cope with what we have to deal with.

For those with a chronic illness that has been with them for decades the art of consciously coping is a journey of self discovery. When we focus on our past in a health challenge; our ego deals with it. When we focus in the moment; the Wisdom of our Body deals with our challenge.

You can develop habits that connect you to the moment as simple as breathing. Those habits need to develop your life Skills and empower you to actively participate in healing.

Just think if you could trigger an interpretation of your situation that created positive experiences. If your focus connected you to inner wisdom instead of your conditioned ego; you would consciously deal with your challenge better.

You may not be able to change your struggle easily, but you can change the way you interpret it instantly. Consciously develop those habits that make having a health challenge a way to better your life.

Develop conscious habits so the Wisdom of your Body deals with your health challenges. Join a 4 month tele-seminar at http://lifeskillsapproach.com Download a free e-book introduction.

  • Ultimate Healing; Mind/body
When you look at an ultimate healing; you have to consider the mind of the patient as you focus on healing the body. If you heal the body without healing the mind there really isn’t a complete healing. In this article we look at how thinking habits can easily be changed so the way illness is interpreted supports the healing process. What we think in our mind has immediate effects on the experience of the body. Our interpretations have the ability to increase the stress we feel and stress has an influence on our immune system and how we respond to medical treatments. We have the power to control our interpretations and if that helps our medical treatments only 10%; it is a good idea to look at that part of our life seriously. The creations of our mind aren’t how we can cure our illnesses; but if the way we use our mind limits us in any way we have to correct that to heal at our full potential. We have the power to create new thinking habits so we interpret reality differently. If the way we think can influence our health only 10%, that increase is nothing to ignore. 10% of a million dollars is significant and a 10% in healing is significant also.
