A spiritual moment in crisis

When you deal with a crisis, like a chronic illness or a disability...you maybe on a spiritual journey that is not a part of our normal life. A crisis turns a normal multi-colored vision into a black and white reality. In society the multi-colored reality is normal and defines the beauty we have grown to expect. The black and white reality basically says you have peace and spiritual depth or you have suffering. Now the black and white reality freaks people out. Instead of taking advantage of an incredible opportunity; they hold on to thoughts that makes them freak out. Learn to use a crisis and appreciate a depth society can only pray for.

I work with people who would be considered in a crisis. The usual relationship to relate to these people is pity, but I think they may be the luckiest people I know. They have an opportunity to turn the normal everyday life where we have learned to adapt to thinking into a spiritual adventure. Now just think of that for a moment. our normal thoughts and perceptions trigger more thoughts and memories. Many people have a wonderful reality to fall back on, but if you do or you don't that reality is really fabrucated by your mind. your memories may trigger nice experiences...but they are still created by your mind. A crisis that creates a black and white reality has the power to force you beyond your mind created reality and that is truely a blessing. Unfortunately when most people face that black and white reality; they grasp out for thoughts that represents the normal. If that desparateness was to relax and simply observe what happens, a deeper inner wisdom would guide them instead of there old thought patterns. Now that is definately the beginning of a new chapter in your life and we need to learn how to appreciate those crisis moments. Unfortunately we are so attached to thinking we would rather stay comfortable as we think, but we are freaking out. If thinking causes you stress...realize there is a reality beyond thinking with incredible peace. let go of your addiction to thoughts and learn to live life in the zone. I went to a Blog where I know this person and she is striving for this quality in her life. Go to http://disabilityandlivingspirit.blogspot.com and appreciate the beauty of searching. • Ultimate Healing; Mind/body
When you look at an ultimate healing; you have to consider the mind of the patient as you focus on healing the body. If you heal the body without healing the mind there really isn’t a complete healing. In this article we look at how thinking habits can easily be changed so the way illness is interpreted supports the healing process. What we think in our mind has immediate effects on the experience of the body. Our interpretations have the ability to increase the stress we feel and stress has an influence on our immune system and how we respond to medical treatments. We have the power to control our interpretations and if that helps our medical treatments only 10%; it is a good idea to look at that part of our life seriously. The creations of our mind aren’t how we can cure our illnesses; but if the way we use our mind limits us in any way we have to correct that to heal at our full potential. We have the power to create new thinking habits so we interpret reality differently. If the way we think can influence our health only 10%, that increase is nothing to ignore. 10% of a million dollars is significant and a 10% in healing is significant also.
