We breathe into our thoughts, giving them life. Unfortunately when our thoughts are alive and we focus on them; we ignore the incredible reality that exists beyond them. Aspire is that mystical journey the breath transports you to...but it is difficult to follow true aspirations because we are attached to our thoughts.
During a health challenge when answers are not found in thinking, that spiritual journey is activated. If you focus on thinking and aspire trueth; you will get a belief system. Healing requires more than beliefs, it requires activating your deepest wisdom. Use your breath to aspire inner wisdom and you will connect to more than understanding.
Remember your breath is a precious link to your deepest wisdom. Within your breath exist consciousness; you give life to what ever you breathe into. So why don't you breathe into the Wisdom of your Body instead of your thinking mind? In Latin the word "worry" is derived from the word "choke". When we breathe into thoughts that cause worry, we cut our breath short or choke ourselves. Breathe into the Wisdom of the Body and give life to the part of you that heals.
