I found a Healthy way to be Sick; the art of coping

When our consciousness is entangled in our thoughts, it is like a spider getting caught in its web where it eventually dies. A spider spins a web for survival, just as the web of our thinking could be said to be for survival. Spiders do get caught in their web and die just as people gets caught in their web and maybe not physically die…but life seems limited and creativity, hope and inspiration seems life-less.

Our thinking patterns need to be checked because the life skills of self trust, a positive self image and how we breathe can influence the way we think. Sometimes when we are in a serious health challenge, changing those skills mentioned above may be the simplest thing to do. This change is not the adjustment that cures a person of a health challenge, but it adds depth and freedom to a troubled situation and is the easiest thing to change.

I have multiple sclerosis since 1981 and I would love to change the symptoms like being legally bind, unable to walk to name a few, but even though in my beginning day of dealing with MS I did that, there are things I can not control. The power of how I interpret my situation is the one thing I feel I can control. So even in difficult times with a conscious interpretation there is quality in my life.

Conscious interpretation has to be spontaneous without having to think a certain way. Habits have to develop the life skills I mentioned above and happen as a natural reflex. When interpretations come from a positive self image with self trust it is so much different than a negative self resisting the moment. Conscious habits of life skills can be consciously integrated into habitual ways that interprets our greatest challenge from a healthy perspective.

The challenge of poor health forces you to go beyond your everyday habits and tap inner resources that have normally been ignored, but in a struggle become available. There is a rare opportunity in a health crisis that has the potential to better your interpretations and the quality of your life. Take advantage of it!

The only beauty a health crisis has is that it can adjust you into a better state of mind. I wrote “I found a Healthy way to be Sick & so can You” I give Tele-seminars that makes conscious coping natural Go to http://lifeskillsinc.com for free sample of the book & Tele-seminar. When you look at an ultimate healing; you have to consider the mind of the patient as you focus on healing the body. If you heal the body without healing the mind there really isn’t a complete healing. In this article we look at how thinking habits can easily be changed so the way illness is interpreted supports the healing process. What we think in our mind has immediate effects on the experience of the body. Our interpretations have the ability to increase the stress we feel and stress has an influence on our immune system and how we respond to medical treatments. We have the power to control our interpretations and if that helps our medical treatments only 10%; it is a good idea to look at that part of our life seriously. The creations of our mind aren’t how we can cure our illnesses; but if the way we use our mind limits us in any way we have to correct that to heal at our full potential. We have the power to create new thinking habits so we interpret reality differently. If the way we think can influence our health only 10%, that increase is nothing to ignore. 10% of a million dollars is significant and a 10% in healing is significant also.
