When you can articulate your greatest struggle; you can go beyond it. When you avoid thinking about your disability you put more energy into thinking. In the same way when you push something away; you’re putting energy into what you don’t want. Read this Blog and clearly state your greatest challenge with your disability and watch how easy it is to let go of it.
What if, instead of being ruled by your habits and your past, you learned to use every quality you have? This Blog is focused on doing just that. It will be like saying your biggest challenge allows you to let go of it so you can discover the you that exists beyond that idea.
Deal with your disability from a position of strength, utilizing powerful inner resources instead of limiting thoughts. How you deal with a disability defines the quality of your life, limitations are a creation of your mind and not your body. Learn to focus on your strength and not your weakness and turn dealing with a disability into an opportunity of personal growth.

Sometimes I think the quanity of time I rest or sleep is important, but the fact is my sleep is irregular. So after decades of dealing with those hassles, I shifted to focus on the quality of my rest. Thinking can disturb quality, as the silence beyond thinking increases quality. So to deal with sleep hassles, rest awareness in the silence beyond anxious thinking. That may sound too abstract, but kids play there, we heal better there & loving or spiritual moments take us there. I think just the intention of going there is healing. Thanks for your comment. Marc
