A conscious out-breath is truly the expression of inner wisdom. Once you breathe into silence and activate the Wisdom of the Body, your out-breath carries the quality of that wisdom to what you do. This expression is not limited by your mind and past conditioning.
You naturally express self-image that is connected to your inner wisdom. You naturally express a self-trust and confidence as wisdom’s expression. Wisdom’s expression has been compromised in most past conditioning. We often have to go back and consciously recondition our mind and create habits that affect our sub-conscious mind so this expression manifests.
Wisdom’s expression needs to be a sub-conscious habit. When you learn how to create these habits, those consciously-created life skills become a part of your character. In the same way, when you look through blue sunglasses, everything looks blue. When you express yourself through a conscious self-image with self-trust, your entire life manifests that quality. Developing these life skills is an essential part of healing. If you did not develop in the past, it is never too late. The doors to your sub-conscious are open before you go to sleep at night and when you first wake up in the morning. You can plant seeds that develop conscious habits during those times.
You are never a victim to your past conditioning; you can consciously condition your sub-conscious to be harmonious with the Wisdom of your Body.
