I want to propose a series of Blogs that study our breath. We may all have had incredible thoughts that changed our lives, or creative flashes that deeply inspired us…but within every breath is the power that keeps us alive. This is not limited to religion or any specific way of understanding reality; it is a simple yet profound experience that is always available.
I define surrender by what we breathe into. We give life to what we breathe into and in essence, we surrender to it. We breathe into our thoughts, our memories and fantasies and we breathe into our fears and self-doubts. What if we developed habits that breathed into the Wisdom of the Body and then accepted powerful inner resources we don’t claim as a part of our character?
I work with people in a health challenge. It is essential for them to breathe into the Wisdom of their Body and activate that to be active in healing. Unfortunately, many patients breathe into their thoughts and activate fears, worries and self-doubts.
In the next few Blogs, I will develop the in-breath that activates the Wisdom of the Body in the silence beyond our thoughts. A conscious in-breath is the best way a patient can become an active partner with his/her doctors. Then, on the out-breath you manifest what you breathed into. A conscious out-breath is the expression of inner wisdom. It has positive life skills like self-esteem, trust and focus.
When the conscious in-breath and out-breath combine, you are a whole person with a quality life. This minor adjustment has tremendous effects in our life, but we too often ignore that because we are so focused on the creations of our mind.
Learn how to develop the habits that create a conscious breath. Go to http://lifeskillsinc.com to explore the work I am doing. My book, “A Healthy Way to Be Sick,” develops a conscious in-breath and out-breath. Join a Tele-seminar that guides your through a process that consciously conditions your sub-conscious mind.
